Digitalist Group Plc (“Digitalist Group” or “Company”) received on 18 July 2019 from Holdix Oy Ab (“Holdix”) a flagging notification pursuant to Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act, according to which Holdix’s portion of the Company’s shares and votes has exceeded the thresholds of 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 per cent.

According to the notification, Holdix holds 164 358 406 Digitalist Group shares as a result of a transaction carried out between Holdix, Turret Oy Ab and Tremoko Oy Ab on 18 July 2019, which is equivalent to approximately 25.25 per cent of the shares and votes of Digitalist Group.

Digitalist Group has one series of shares, and each share carries one vote. The percentage in the notification have been calculated using Digitalist Group’s total number of registered shares, 651 022 746.
