The Board of DXS International plc (the “Company”), the NEX quoted clinical decision support developer and supplier of clinical decision support systems is pleased to confirm that it has been notified that the Chairman, Mr Bob Sutcliffe, has purchased 12,690 Ordinary Shares at a price of 7.88p per share on 2 October 2018.
Following the transaction specified above Mr Sutcliffe holds 337,691 Ordinary Shares representing 0.96% of the issued share capital of the Company.
