Santa Fe Group names Peter Ferrigno as

Group Director – Strategy and People

LONDON 5 July 2018: Santa Fe Relocation, a global leader in mobility and relocation services, has announced the appointment of Peter Ferrigno, as Group Director – Strategy and People. Peter adds the People role to his former responsibility for Strategy as he joins the Global Leadership Team.

“Having our people agenda closely aligned to our Strategic agenda will help us continue to execute on our 2020 Strategy,” commented Martin Thaysen, CEO of the Santa Fe Group. “Peter has worked on several strategic projects since joining Santa Fe, and his experience of developing the people working for him to deliver the exceptional customer experience we are looking for will help us deliver the employee experience that supports that customer experience.”

Peter joined Santa Fe Relocation in May 2017, after a successful 25-year career in global mobility with the Big 4, starting at Arthur Andersen where he had his first experience of being an assignee with an 8 year assignment to Poland in the 1990s, continuing at Ernst & Young with a 10 year stint in Prague, Czech Republic.  There he was Partner responsible for the Human Capital practice across CEE and later EMEIA, providing Expatriate Tax, Immigration and HR Consulting services to a wide variety of clients from Fortune 500 multinationals to local start-ups. 





Peter was involved in developing the integration of Immigration services into the expatriate tax business, and so will use that experience to represent the Immigration business on Santa Fe’s leadership team.

Peter added: “Since joining Santa Fe a year ago I have appreciated the depth of skill and experience that a Relocation company can bring to employee mobility.  Being able to deliver end-to-end services free of the red tape that ties up audit firms is a very enjoyable relief, and one that enables us to give a broader service offering which benefits customers around the world.”

Peter will continue to be based at Santa Fe’s London, UK office and report directly to Martin Thaysen, Group CEO.
