Alexander H. Stütz appointed to the Management Board of Encavis Asset Management AG (EAM), Karsten Mieth appointed Spokesman of the Management Board
 

Supervisory Board of Encavis Asset Management AG trusts in the continuity
of the successful Management Team and strengthens the Management Board
from their own ranks
 

Hamburg/Neubiberg, December 2, 2019 - The Supervisory Board of Encavis Asset Management AG has appointed Mr. Alexander H. Stütz to the Management Board of the Company with effect of January 1, 2020. The appointment will run for three years until December 31, 2022. At the same time, the former sole member of the Management Board, Mr. Karsten Mieth, was appointed Spokesman of the Management Board of Encavis Asset Management AG.

Alexander H. Stütz (graduate engineer of aerospace technology) has more than 20 years of experience in managing functions at bank-independent financial service institutions with a focus on asset management, sales and controlling. Already in 2011, Stütz integrated the Renewable Energies Business Area he had developed into the portfolio structure of long-term investors. He now moves up from the position of Head of Institutional and Private Clients of Encavis Asset Management AG, which he has held since June 2017, to the Management Board of Encavis Asset Management AG.
