Baltic Horizon Fond avaldab osaku puhasväärtuse 2024. aasta mai seisuga

Baltic Horizon Fondi (Fond) osaku puhasväärtus (NAV) 2024. aasta mai lõpu seisuga on 0,9070 eurot osaku kohta (30. aprill 2024: 0,9078). Fondi kogu puhasväärtus võrreldes eelneva kuu lõpu seisuga püsis peaaegu samal tasemel 108,5 miljonit eurot (30. aprill 2024: 108,6 eurot). EPRA NRV 2024. aasta mai lõpu seisuga on 0,9490 eurot osaku kohta.

Fond teenis 2024. aasta mais konsolideeritud puhast renditulu 1,0 miljonit eurot (30. aprill 2024: 1,0 miljonit eurot). Mais sõlmis fond Lincona, North Star ja Meraki büroohoonetes olemasolevate rentnikega laienemis- ja pikendamislepingud enam kui 3 000 m2 pinna ulatuses.

2024. aasta mai lõpus moodustas Fondi konsolideeritud raha ja raha ekvivalendid 5,9 miljonit eurot (30. aprill 2024: 6,8 miljonit eurot). Mai alguses said võlakirjaomanikud fondist 0,9 miljoni euro suuruse kupongimakse. 31. mai 2024 seisuga Fondi konsolideeritud varade kogumaht on 262,6 miljonit eurot (30. aprill 2024: 263,0 miljonit eurot).
