Baltic Horizon Fund declared approx. EUR 2.06 million cash distribution to investors and notifies change in financial calendar

Northern Horizon Capital AS as the management company of Baltic Horizon Fund (the Fund) has approved a cash distribution of approx. 1.88% of the Fund’s Q3 2018 weighted average net asset value to its unitholders. This equals to approx. EUR 2.06 million in total and EUR 0.026 per unit. The pay-out also represents a 7.8% rolling distribution yield (up from 7.5% last quarter) for the past 12 months based on the closing unit price of the last day of Q3 2018 on Nasdaq Tallinn stock exchange.

Payments will be distributed from the Fund on 22 November 2018. Unitholders entitled to receive distributions will be determined according to a unitholders list as of 19 November 2018 end of business day in T2S settlement system (Record date).

Detailed information about the generated net cash flow for the quarter and the distribution will be provided in the Baltic Horizon Fund consolidated un-audited financial report for Q3 2018, which will be published in week 45.
