Extension of the mandate of the Chairman of the Management Board of AS Ekspress Grupp

The Supervisory Board of AS Ekspress Grupp decided to extend the mandate of Mrs. Mari-Liis Rüütsalu as a Chairman of the Management Board from 1 January 2020 for the next three years until 31 December 2022.

The Management Board of AS Ekspress Grupp will continue with three members as before: Mari-Liis Rüütsalu (Chairman), Signe Kukin and Kaspar Hanni.
