Significant subsidiaries of AS Ekspress Grupp are AS Ekspress Meedia, AS Printall ja OÜ Ekspress Finance in Estonia, UAB Delfi in Lithuania and SIA Delfi Holding in Latvia.

The Management Board members of AS Ekspress Meedia are Argo Virkebau, Erle Laak-Sepp, Karin Vene, Tarvo Ulejev and Urmo Soonvald. Karin Vene (since 1^st August 2018, CV attached) was elected and Andre Veskimeister (since 1^st March 2018) was recalled. The Supervisory Board members of AS Ekspress Meedia are Hans Luik, Mari-Liis Rüütsalu, Signe Kukin (since 1^st August 2018, CV attached) and Kaspar Hanni (since 1^st February 2018). Gunnar Kobin (since 1^st February 2018) and Pirje Raidma (since 1^st August 2018) were recalled.

The Management Board members of AS Printall are Andrus Takkin, Evali Mülts and Tõnis Peebo. There were no changes in Management Board in 2018. The Supervisory Board members of AS Printall are Hans Luik, Mari-Liis Rüütsalu, Ahto Pärl (since 15^th November 2018), Signe Kukin (since 2^nd August 2018) and Kaspar Hanni (since 2^nd February 2018). Gunnar Kobin (since 2^nd February 2018), Pirje Raidma (since 1^st August 2018) and Andre Veskimeister (since 15^th November 2018) were recalled.

Signe Kukin was elected as a member of Management Board of OÜ Ekspress Finance on 24^th September 2018. Pirje Raidma was recalled from Management Board 27^th September 2018.

The Management Board member of UAB Delfi is Vytautas Benokraitis. The Supervisory Board members of UAB Delfi are Mari-Liis Rüütsalu (since 12^th June 2018), Kaspar Hanni (since 12^th June 2018) and Signe Kukin (since 22^nd November 2018). Hans Luik (since 12^th June 2018), Gunnar Kobin (since 12^th June 2018) and Andre Veskimeister (since 22^nd November 2018) were recalled from Supervisory Board.

Signe Kukin (since 13^th September 2018) and Mari-Liis Rüütsalu (since 16^th November 2018) were elected as Management Board members of SIA Delfi Holding. Pirje Raidma (since 13^th September 2018) and Andre Veskimeister (since 16^th November 2018) were recalled from the Management Board.
