Changing the construction term of Hortes Gardening Centre in Tähesaju commercial district



On 20 September 2018, EfTEN Real Estate Fund III AS announced that its subsidiary, Tähesaju tee OÜ, started construction of the new Hortes Gardening Centre in Tähesaju commercial district.

Due to the substitution of the Dutch steel supplier, the deadline for the completion of the construction works changes. The new planned date of completion of the centre is at the end of September 2019. The new Hortes Gardening Centre is planned to be opened in the fourth quarter of 2019.
