EfTEN Real Estate Fund AS-i nõukogu otsustas 20.05.2025 pikendada juhatuse liikmete volitusi. Nõukogu otsusel jätkavad juhatuse liikmetena Viljar Arakas ja Tõnu Uustalu, kelle volitusi pikendati uueks 5-aastaseks ametiajaks, s.o kuni 20.05.2030.
