EMPLOYERS® Names Scott R. Grinna, as Vice President, Enterprise Program Management

EMPLOYERS® (NYSE:EIG), America's small business insurance specialist®, has named Scott R. Grinna as vice president, enterprise program management. Grinna brings to EMPLOYERS strong experience in the fields of IT and program management with 25 years in the IT industry. He reports directly to the chief information officer, and is responsible for delivery of large-scale, high complexity core system transformation, and ensuring adherence to cost, quality and schedule for the company’s programs.

Grinna joins EMPLOYERS from West Bend Mutual Insurance Company, Wis. where he held the position of Assistant Vice President, IT PAS Program Management. Through his 25 years in the IT industry, Grinna held various positions with increasing responsibilities that will add a valued contribution to the EMPLOYERS organization. Grinna holds a BA with a triple major in Economics & Business; International Business; and German.

Grinna is based in Reno, Nev.
