Elisa: Transfer to treasury shares

ELISA STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 5 DECEMBER 2018 AT 4:00 PM

Elisa´s Annual General Meeting held on 12 April 2018 decided that the right of the owners of Lounet Plc to have Elisa Corporation’s shares as merger consideration and rights based on the shares became forfeit on 12 April 2018. On the basis of this, a total of 41,267 Elisa shares have been transferred from the common account to Elisa´s treasury shares.

After the transfer Elisa has 7,614,121 treasury shares. Elisa´s total number of shares is 167,335,073.
