The Bouygues Group appoints two new senior vice-presidents

Pascal Grangé is appointed Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of the Bouygues group from 1 October 2019

Pascal Grangé, 58, has a master’s in management, a master’s in law and a DESS postgraduate diploma in finance. He has been with the Bouygues group for 33 years. Until now he was Deputy CEO with responsibility for Strategy, Finance, Information Systems, Concessions and Strategic Reflection on Property Development at Bouygues Construction.

Pascal Grangé joined the Bouygues group in 1986 as finance manager of Dragages et Travaux Publics.  In 1987, he was appointed to head the Bouygues group’s International Finance Department then joined Screg as Chief Financial Officer in1995 before serving as Chief Financial Officer of Stereau and Saur France.  He became Chief Financial Officer of the Saur group in 2000.  He was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Bouygues Construction in 2003, before being promoted to Deputy CEO in 2008.

Gilles Zancanaro is appointed Senior Vice-President, Digital, Innovation and Risks of the Bouygues group from 1 September 2019

Gilles Zancanaro, 64, a graduate of HEC business school, has been with the Bouygues group for 32 years. He joined Bouygues in 1987 as Director of Cash Management before becoming CEO of CATC (bank of the Grands Moulins de Paris group, a former Bouygues subsidiary). He was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Bouygues Bâtiment International in 1994, then Chief Financial Officer of Bouygues Construction in 1997.  He joined the parent company Bouygues SA in 2003, where he was successively Group Information Systems-Finance Director, Group Accounting and Information Systems-Finance Director in 2008, Group Accounting, Risk and Information Systems Director in 2016, and Chairman of C2S (Bouygues SA’s digital services company), of Bouygues Développement and of LocalSolver (the Group’s open innovation and operational research companies).
