Regarding the transaction of vehicles lease services

Energijos Skirstymo Operatorius AB (hereinafter – the Company), in accordance with the results of the public procurement, which has been executed under the procedures set forth in the Law on Public Procurement of the Republic of Lithuania, as well as with the decisions of the managing and supervisory bodies of the Company, is willing to enter into a transaction with Transporto valdymas UAB regarding vehicles lease services, the value of which might reach 26.748.740,40 EUR (excluding VAT) during 5 (five) years period.

It shall be noticed that the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board of Lietuvos energija UAB, after analyzing information provided in regards to the matter in question, has presented an opinion stating that the transaction to be entered into with Transporto valdymas UAB is in line with the market conditions, as well is fair and reasonable towards the shareholders of the Company, who are not considered a party to the said transaction. The Audit Committee bases its opinion on the fact that the public procurement has been executed in compliance with the mandatory provisions of the Law on Procurement Being Executed by the Contracting Authorities Engaged in Water Management, Energy, Transport or Postal Services Sectors of the Republic of Lithuania. Before executing the public procurement, there has also been a market survey conducted by addressing the potential suppliers.
