eve, the direct to consumer European sleep brand, announces it has been notified that Sara Burke, wife of Kuba Wieczorek, Chief Brand Officer and a PDMR of the Company, has today sold 105,500 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence in the Company at a price of 20.0 pence per share in order to settle certain tax and other obligations.

 

The shares were sold through an off-market transaction in which Paul Pindar, Chairman, and James Sturrock, Chief Executive Officer, each acquired 52,750 of the shares at a price of 20.0 pence per share, constituting the total number of shares sold.
