SFC Energy: PBF Group receives volume follow-up order for high-performance power supply solutions of security and communication systems


- This new follow-up order confirms the continued success of PBF products in the customer's applications.

- Order amount: 2020 and 2021 in total: approx. EUR 3 million.


Brunnthal/Munich, Germany, June 16, 2020 - PBF Group B.V., Dutch subsidiary of SFC Energy AG (F3C:DE, ISIN: ), a leading provider of hybrid fuel cell solutions to the stationary and mobile power generation markets, has received a new follow-up order from a large international security systems company for the delivery of power supply solutions for security and communication needs. In 2020 and 2021, the order will generate total revenues of approx. EUR 3 million.

The customer's highly sensitive, safety-relevant audio systems are used at airports, railway stations, event locations. Positioned between power source and device, PBF's high-performance power supplies ensure that the devices are supplied with the exact voltage they need. This significantly reduces energy costs of operation, improves the devices' performance, and extends their useful life. The follow-up order builds on the excellent track record of PBF products in this application. PBF has sold over 230,000 high-performance power supplies worldwide.
