First Citrus Bancorporation, Inc. Declares Stock Dividend

TAMPA, Fla., Aug. 27, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of First Citrus Bancorporation, Inc. (OTC Pink: ) declared on August 16, 2018 a 5% stock dividend per share of Common, Class A Preferred, and Class B Preferred. The dividend is payable on October 17, 2018 to shareholders of record as of October 3, 2018. The dividend will increase the number of shares currently outstanding by 96,265 shares bringing total outstanding shares to 2,021,568. This dividend will be the fourth stock dividend paid to shareholders since the Company's inception in 1999.
