(NASDAQ: FDBC), parent company of The Fidelity Deposit and Discount Bank, announce their declaration of the Company’s third quarter dividend of $0.38 per share.   The dividend is payable September 10, 2024 to shareholders of record at the close of business on August 20, 2024.
