CNH Industrial Capital Chooses FIS Technology Platform to Manage Commercial Contract and Lease Portfolios

FIS™ (NYSE: FIS), a global leader in financial services and payment technology, announced today that CNH Industrial Capital America (CNH), the captive finance company for capital goods provider CNH Industrial America, has selected the FIS asset finance solution as its new technology platform for managing its commercial contract and lease portfolios.

CNH Industrial Capital America is the financing arm of CNH Industrial America, a leading provider of agricultural and construction equipment. The company was looking to consolidate management of its disparate commercial contract and lease portfolios on a single integrated and modern technology platform.

By selecting the FIS asset finance solution, CNH will benefit from an integrated view of customer and dealer information, enhancing its decision-making while simplifying accounting and tax reporting, managing regulatory compliance and reducing costs.

“As CNH continues to grow, we were looking for a leading-edge technology platform that would provide us a new level of configuration, automation and advanced integration capabilities for managing our business,” said Brett Davis, president, CNH Industrial Capital America. “FIS provided the solution, and we look forward to using it to increase our competitiveness in the market.”

“No two companies are alike, and the flexibility of our solution to address the specific needs of CNH Industrial Capital made a difference in FIS’ selection,” said Marianne Brown, chief operating officer, FIS. “We are confident that CNH will realize significant benefits from this advanced solution.”
