Fluxys Belgium: Gereglementeerde informatie - Dividenduitkering

De gewone algemene vergadering van de aandeelhouders van 13 mei 2025 heeft beslist een dividend uit te keren betreffende het boekjaar 2024 en heeft het brutobedrag vastgesteld op EUR 1,40 per aandeel.

Het netto dividend, na afhouding van de roerende voorheffing van 30 %, bedraagt EUR 0,98 per aandeel en is betaalbaar vanaf 21 mei 2025.

Houders op 20 mei 2025 van gedematerialiseerde aandelen en aandelen op naam, zullen het dividend vanaf 21 mei 2025 als volgt ontvangen:

  • Het dividend van gedematerialiseerde aandelen zal automatisch betaald worden via de financiële tussenpartij die de aandelen aanhoudt voor rekening van de aandeelhouder.
  • Het dividend van aandelen op naam wordt rechtstreeks betaald aan de aandeelhouders opgenomen in het register.

Volgens Euronext Procedure: Ex date : 19.05.2025 / Record date : 20.05.2025 / Payment date : 21.05.2025
