Valeo annonce son émission obligataire verte inaugurale pour un montant de 600 millions d’euros à échéance avril 2029

Le 5 octobre 2023, Valeo annonce le placement de 600 millions d'euros, à échéance 12 avril 2029, de nouvelles obligations vertes.

Cette émission a permis de placer 600 millions d’euros d’obligations de maturité 5,5 ans avec un coupon de 5.875%. Crédit Agricole CIB a agi comme coordinateur ESG. BNP et Crédit Agricole CIB ont agi comme Coordinateurs Globaux et BNP, Crédit Agricole CIB, Citibank, MUFG, Natixis et Société Générale ont agi comme Teneurs de Livre de cette transaction. Les fonds levés serviront à préfinancer et financer des projets éligibles définis dans le Green and Sustainability-Linked Financing Framework mis à jour en septembre 2023
