FTI to Amend the 2018 Private Placement Warrants

TORONTO, Feb. 28, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- FTI Foodtech International Inc. (TSXV: FTI) (“the Company”) announces its intention to amend the warrants issued in conjunction with its private placement that closed on March 31, 2018.  The original warrants were each exercisable into one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $1.00 per share with an expiry of March 31, 2019.  Each amended warrant will be exercisable into one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.60 per share with an expiry of March 31, 2020.  There are a total of 573,300 warrants outstanding that will be amended.  The amendments are subject to Exchange acceptance.
