Resultatforventning 2023

Bestyrelsen har dags dato behandlet og godkendt opdateret budget for 2023 for German High Street Properties A/S.

  • Som følge af et generelt stigende renteniveau forventer selskabet i 2023 øgede renteomkostninger på EUR 1,1 mio. i forhold til regnskabsåret 2022.
  • Som en konsekvens heraf forventer selskabet således et samlet positivt resultat før værdiregulering og skat for regnskabsåret 2023 indenfor intervallet T.EUR 200 – 600, hvilket er en nedjustering af tidligere udmeldte interval på T.EUR 400 – 800.
