Årsrapport 2019

Bestyrelsen har dags dato vedtaget årsrapporten for 2019.

  • Årets resultat før skat udgør EUR 3,4 mio. Ledelsen anser resultatet for tilfredsstillende.
  • Koncernens resultat før værdireguleringer og skat ud­gjorde EUR 2,9 mio. i 2019 mod EUR 2,2 mio. i 2018, hvilket ligger inden for resultatudmeldingen den 29. november 2019. Årsagen til stigningen er købet af den svenske ejendom, som ikke var indregnet i driftsresultatet i 2018.
  • Koncernens omsætning i 2019 udgjorde EUR 6,5 mio. og EUR 5,8 mio. i 2018.
  • Der har været en positiv værdiregulering af ejendommene på EUR 0,5 mio. i 2019. Ejendommene er vurderet til dagsværdi pr. 31. december 2019. På grund af Covid-19 har ledelsen udsendt børsmeddelelse nr. 204 den 23. marts 2020, hvor der redegøres for betydelige usikkerhedsfaktorer, som kan have negativ indvirkning på værdiansættelsen af koncernens ejendomme fremover.
  • Ledelsen forventer, at den af Covid-19 forårsagede økonomiske krise vil påvirke selskabets resultat for 2020 negativt. Det må forventes, at nogle lejere ikke vil være i stand til at betale husleje, at lejebetalinger udsættes eller kræves nedsat, at udlejningssituationen forværres, at en række lejere går konkurs og at rente- og kapitalmarkedsvilkårene bliver dårligere. Samtidigt forventer ledelsen, at den økonomiske krise kan blive længerevarende og påvirke udlejningsniveauerne negativt.

Der afholdes generalforsamling den 30. april 2020.
