Conformément au vote de l’Assemblée qui s’est tenue le 30 avril dernier et dans le cadre du plan renouvellement de ses membres, le conseil d’administration de Getlink (Paris:GET) a accueilli ce jour Sharon Flood en son sein.

De nationalité britannique, Sharon Flood apportera son expertise reconnue en matière de finances, sa connaissance du domaine ferroviaire, ainsi que ses compétences et son expérience en tant qu’administratrice indépendante de sociétés internationales. Elle remplacera Philippe Vasseur, lequel ayant atteint douze années de mandat, qui a accepté de cesser son mandat par anticipation.

Le conseil d’administration rend hommage à Philippe Vasseur pour son engagement durable et de tous les instants dans le développement de Getlink SE et sa contribution à l’évolution de la gouvernance.
