GFG Announces Proposed Warrant Amendments

SASKATOON, Saskatchewan, May 27, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- GFG Resources Inc. (TSXV: GFG) (OTCQB: GFGSF) (“GFG” or the “Company”) announced today that it proposes to extend the expiry dates and amend the exercise prices of the common share purchase warrants (“Warrants”) of the Company issued on October 6, 2022 and March 21, 2023 (the "Proposed Amendments").

After giving effect to the Proposed Amendments, each Warrant issued on October 6, 2022 and March 21, 2023 will (i) expire on April 19, 2027; and (ii) be exercisable to purchase one common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.13 per common share. The existing and amended expiry dates and exercise prices are detailed in the table below:
