(NYSE: GHM), a global business that designs, manufactures and sells critical equipment for the oil refining, petrochemical and defense industries, announced today that it will release its financial results for the fourth quarter and full fiscal year 2020, which ended March 31, 2020, before the opening of financial markets on Wednesday, June 10, 2020.
Also, as follow-up to its March 25th business update teleconference, the Company announced that, starting on April 13th, it began ramping up its production personnel following a three-week period when production was extremely limited in its main facility in Batavia, NY. Graham gradually recalled its production workforce in multiple stages and is currently nearing its pre-COVID-19 headcount in its factory, applying numerous new health and safety protocols as recommended by federal and local authorities. These include, among other things, appropriate personal protection equipment to be worn by everyone onsite, social distancing markers, expanded hygiene practices, barriers to separate workers based on the plant layout configuration, and staggered employee breaks and meetings in order to reduce group gatherings. Office employees who are able to work from home will continue to be encouraged to do so for the near term.
