Giggles N’ Hugs Offers Beyond Meat Vegan Burger Patties And Beef Crumbles with Its Already Fresh, Healthy, and Organic Menu

(OTCQB: GIGL), owner and operator of family-friendly restaurants that bring together high-end, organic food with active, cutting-edge play and entertainment for children, has been using Beyond Meat products since 2018 and it is now adding the 100% plant-based, vegan Beyond Burger® patty to its delicious, fresh, organic, healthy menu.

Currently on the menu, Giggles N’ Hugs uses the Beyond Burger® vegan “beef” crumbles for its spaghetti Bolognese, which based on feedback from customers is among the most delicious in town and is a lot healthier for customers. Giggles N’ Hugs will be adding the Beyond Beef vegan burger patties as an alternative to traditional burgers currently on its menu. The Beyond Burger patty is free from GMOs, gluten, and soy and has lower saturated fat than regular beef, but still delivers flame-broiled flavor and 20 grams of plant-based protein.

In addition to offering a variety of fresh, healthy, and organic menu items we offer our customers, since the opening of our first location, Giggles N’ Hugs was one of the first if not the first restaurant companies in the country to sneak in pureed veggies into kids’ favorite foods. Called Mom's Tricky Treat sauce on the menu, Giggles N’ Hugs secretly blends pureed, organic vegetables into kids’ favorite menu items such as our famous Mac N Cheese, which comes with pureed carrots and squash hidden in the cheese sauce. Our Pizza for kids comes with pureed organic mushrooms and carrots hidden in our Pizza sauce, and our Penne Alfredo comes with pureed, organic cauliflower hidden in the cream sauce. It makes the dishes much tastier, healthier, and the kids love it.

Schroeppel began his cooking career at the world famous Wolfgang Puck’s Spago restaurant 29 years ago and went on to gain extensive fine dining kitchen experience as part of the opening team at Granita and Eureka restaurants.  He has continued his passion for cooking with Perspectives Consulting Group, utilizing his knowledge of high-quality ingredients to develop everything from single dishes to complete new concepts. As an R&D chef, Schroeppel worked closely with food scientists, brokers, and manufacturers to create bold, flavorful dishes for such clients as A & W, Applebee’s, KFC, Arby’s, Arco AM/PM, Frito Lay, La Salsa, Vons, Shoprite, HEB, and others.
