Information regarding acquisition or disposal of a major holding

Joint Stock Company “Grindeks” hereby informs that today, on 15 April 2019 it has received notifications of a disposal of major holding from its shareholders Kirovs Lipmans and Anna Lipmane and an acquisition of a major holding from “Liplat Holding” Ltd, where Kirovs Lipmans holds 66.61%, Anna Lipmane holds 33.31%, and Filips Lipmans holds 0.08% of its share capital.

According to the notice, all 4786641 (49.94%) shares owned by Kirovs Lipmans and Anna Lipmane have been transferred to the “Liplat Holding” Ltd.
