Change in GreenMobility´s Executive Board to focus on Investor Relations and CSR

 

With effect from 1 January 2020, the Company's International Director Anders Wall will assume the position of Head of IR and Capital Markets, combined with the management responsibility of CSR, ESG and SDG. Anders Wall has so far been responsible for GreenMobility's international activities and with 2.5 years of experience in the company has built up a knowledge of the competition in the European carsharing market and has been a significant part of the team that has built GreenMobility.

“The experience Anders has from the international market combined with his involvement in the build-up of the engine room here at GreenMobility has provided crucial insight that he will use to ensure that our investors gain knowledge and insight and not least that new investors gain understanding of the company and the market we work in” says founder and CEO Henrik Isaksen. He adds: “Our CSR focus and goals as a green company have grown significantly, and Anders will take on this important task on behalf of the Executive Board, and as responsible for our interests in the capital market, Anders will also handle the development of new Corporate Governance rules for the company”.
