Pranešimas apie AB „Grigeo Group“ vadovaujančias pareigas einančių asmenų sandorius

Grigeo Group AB (toliau – Bendrovė) praneša, kad gavo pranešimus apie sandorius, sudarytus Bendrovėje vadovaujančias pareigas einančių asmenų (žr. priedus).

Pagal prieduose pateiktą informaciją, minėti asmenys įsigijo Bendrovės akcijų. Tai užbaigia 2025 m. balandžio 28 d. vykusio eilinio visuotinio akcininkų susirinkimo priimto sprendimo įgyvendinimą dėl Bendrovės įstatinio kapitalo padidinimo ir naujos įstatų redakcijos patvirtinimo.

Pagal šį sprendimą, Bendrovės akcijos buvo neatlygintinai suteiktos Bendrovės ir jos dukterinių įmonių darbuotojams, išleidžiant naujas akcijas. Naujos akcijos buvo visiškai apmokėtos iš Bendrovės suformuoto rezervo akcijoms suteikti.
