Announcement of Intention to Launch an Offer for Subscription

The directors of Hargreave Hale AIM VCT 1 plc (“the Company”) are pleased to announce their intention to launch a new offer for subscription (“the Offer”) of new ordinary shares for subscription in the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 tax years.  

Full details of the Offer will be contained in a prospectus that is expected to be published in the Autumn.
