(NYSE: HIVE) (“Aerohive” or the “Company”) securities during the period between November 1, 2017, and January 16, 2018, inclusive (the “Class Period”). According to the complaint, following a January 6, 2018 press release that lowered revenue guidance, the value of Aerohive shares declined significantly.
