Boston, Massachusetts--(Newsfile Corp. - May 18, 2021) - Human Unitec International, Inc., (OTC Pink: HMNU) ("HMNU"), announces a strategic joint venture distribution and marketing agreement with Periso, CH, "PERISO", , a Swiss based company since 1962.
The terms of the agreement require HMNU to contribute the first financial of Four Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars, ($4,500,000), on or before June 30, 2021.
HMNU President, Fabrizio Bosticco, states: "This agreement provides for an important participation of Periso with our Group for the further integration and development of the MSK Medical division. Periso provides innovative hi-tech medical technology that use AI in order to improve the performance and efficiency of Radiofrequency signals applied to treat brain pathology like Alzheimer and Parkinson and Dementia. The innovative technology is under patenting process. The WHO estimate Worldwide, around 50 million people have dementia, and there are nearly 10 million new cases every year. The duration of treatments is 25 minutes and is painless with small side effect. The special software support advanced business model like franchising or pay per use or any other remote based payment method. Periso in collaboration with HMNU planned to open a USA and Canada branches and the upstate New York new HMNU's upcoming faculty."
