HMS Networks har slutfört förvärvet av Molex affärsenhet ”Industrial Communications”

Den 17 november 2025 tillkännagav HMS Networks AB (publ) (”HMS”) att ett avtal tecknats med Molex angående förvärvet av delar av Molex division Industrial Solutions, innefattande flertalet strategiska tillgångar. Förvärvet har nu genomförts, och konsolideringen kommer ske från och med 2 januari 2026.
