Hot Rocks Investments plc has been notified today of the following purchases made by Gavin Burnell, Managing Director of the Company on 5 April 2019 and 8 April 2019:
On 5 April 2019, Gavin Burnell purchased 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 0.14 pence per share.
On 8 April 2019, Gavin Burnell purchased 2,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 0.155 pence per share.
Mr Burnell is now interested in 41,789,999 ordinary shares, representing 24.07 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
