The titles, which are voted on by a committee of booksellers from Hudson, were selected for achievements ranging from literary style and innovation, entertainment value and readability, to timeliness and treatment of subjects and themes.
The Traveler’s Best Friend’s 2019 frontrunners span a variety of categories including Best Fiction, Best Nonfiction, and Best Young Reader. The collection will be promoted in Hudson Booksellers, Ink by Hudson, Hudson and Hudson News stores across North America throughout the holiday season, giving bookworms and travelers the opportunity to purchase a copy to read in-transit or gift to family and friends at their final destination, while also providing a world of opportunity and imagination along the journey.
