Hydromer, Inc. Announces the Sale of the T-HEXX Animal Healthcare Product Line to Huvepharma

Branchburg, NJ, Aug. 28, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NEWMEDIAWIRE -- Hydromer, Inc. (HYDI.PK – OTC BB), the "Company" or "Hydromer", announces that Huvepharma has acquired its T-HEXX Animal Healthcare business.

Huvepharma, a fast-growing global pharmaceutical company focused on developing, manufacturing and marketing human and animal health products, acquires the globally renowned T-HEXX brand which includes the T-HEXX DRY external teat sealants and Dragonhyde® DUST dissolvable hoof bath powder and PUTTY topical paste, their associated patents and trademarks, inventory and other assets.
