September 21, Moscow, Russia. PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces the agenda of the Board of Directors meeting on October 07, 2021.

The agenda includes the following items:

1. On approval of report on preliminary results of execution of RusHydro Group's business plan for 2021 including the actual results for the first half of 2021 (including execution of investment plan and comprehensive rehabilitation and modernization program for the first half of 2021).
2. On consideration of issues of material significance for the Company.

The information on decisions of the Board of Directors will be made available in compliance with regulatory requirements.
