Hydroinvest purchases RusHydro's shares

PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) announces that Joint-Stock Company Hydroinvest (controlled by RusHydro) has purchased 3,430,091,314 RusHydro's ordinary shares (state registration number 1-01-55038-E of 22.02.2005; ISIN RU000A0JPKH7) representing 0.80% of the Company's charter capital.

The shares were acquired following reorganization of LLC "Index Energetiki - HydroOGK", LLC "EZOP", LLC "Vostok-Finance" in the form of accession to JSC "Hydroinvest", upon which it became the owner of RusHydro's shares previously owned by the aforementioned companies.

The shares in the amount of 1,571,912,023 and 1,858,179,291 were acquired on 27.09.2018 and 28.09.2018, respectively.
