With reference to announcement of 5 July 2019 from Friheden Invest A/S ("Friheden Invest") regarding the call for redemption of minority shareholders in IC Group A/S ("IC Group"), subsequent of which Friheden Invest will hold all outstanding shares in IC Group, the board of directors of IC Group has today decided to request Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S for a cancellation from trading and delisting of all shares in IC Group from Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S.

In case Nasdaq Copenhagen accepts the request, the last day of trading is expected to be 2 August 2019.
