ICG Enterprise Trust co-investing in AmeriLife

ICG Enterprise Trust plc (ICGT) is pleased to announce that it is investing in AmeriLife, alongside funds advised by ICGT’s Manager, ICG plc1 and THL, a leading US Private Equity Manager.

In aggregate, on a look-through basis, ICGT is expected to invest approximately $11.2m (£9.6m) in AmeriLife. This figure relates to ICGT’s look-through position in the overall investment in AmeriLife and is stated before any closing adjustments.

AmeriLife is a national leader in developing, marketing, distributing and administering life and health insurance products, annuities, and retirement planning solutions to senior citizens in the US. For nearly 50 years, AmeriLife has partnered with the US’ leading insurance carriers to service a national distribution network of over 300,000 insurance agents and advisors.
