Ichor Holdings, Ltd. Announces Pricing of Public Offering by Selling Shareholders

Ichor Holdings, Ltd. (NASDAQ:ICHR), a leader in the design, engineering, and manufacturing of critical fluid delivery subsystems for semiconductor capital equipment, announced today the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 5,136,923 of its ordinary shares by selling shareholders at a price to the public of $19.50 per share. The offering is expected to close on May 2, 2017. In connection with this offering, the selling shareholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 770,538 ordinary shares.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Stifel are serving as joint lead bookrunners in the offering. Additionally, RBC Capital Markets, LLC, Cowen and Company, LLC and Needham & Company, LLC are serving as bookrunners in the offering.
