Come già indicato nel comunicato stampa del 19 gennaio 2018, Banca IFIS ha scelto di continuare a redigere e pubblicare, in ottemperanza a quanto disposto dal regolamento di Borsa Italiana in relazione al segmento STAR e fino a diversa deliberazione, le informazioni trimestrali in conformità alla precedente prassi. Tale decisione è stata assunta allo scopo di garantire continuità e regolarità di informazioni alla comunità finanziaria dando corso alla policy aziendale in tema di informative offerte al mercato e agli investitori sulle performance finanziarie e operative della Società.
