The Swedish trade union Kommunal renews and expands continuous services and support agreement with Innofactor

The Swedish trade union Kommunal has renewed and expanded its continuous services and support agreement with Innofactor as partner for maintenance and further development of their membership system and related services. The service scope has been expanded, now including maintenance of Kommunal’s Microsoft Dynamics NAV solution and integration suite based on Microsoft BizTalk Server. The agreement will start on July 1, 2018. The total purchase value is in minimum approximately 2.8 million Euros and in maximum approximately 5.2 million Euros during 2018 to 2021.

The membership system is a central service and information system for Kommunal enabling it to provide a full range of services to its members including membership management, contract management, and account management functionality. The membership system is built on Innofactor´s Membership Management Solution (MMS), based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM technology.

The majority of Kommunal’s members work in local government, but the union is also seeing steady growth among private sector employees.
