„Ignitis grupė“ ir toliau užsitikrina trumpalaikio finansavimo priemones

AB „Ignitis grupė“ (toliau – Grupė) informuoja, kad 2023 m. gruodžio 12 d. Grupės valdyba pritarė kredito linijos sutarties su OP Corporate Bank plc Lietuvos filialu pakeitimui (toliau – Kredito linija su OP), padidinant kredito linijos limitą nuo 74 mln. Eur iki 150 mln. Eur.

Kredito linija su OP bus naudojama apyvartinio kapitalo poreikiams valdyti, užtikrinant Grupės likvidumą. Viso Grupės sudarytų kredito linijų su bankais suma, pasirašius šios Kredito linijos su OP pakeitimą, sudarys 845 mln. EUR, iš kurių panaudota 199 mln. EUR.

Kredito linijos su OP pakeitimas bus pasirašytas artimiausiomis dienomis, apie jo pasirašymą Grupė atskiru pranešimu neinformuos.

Pirminei Kredito linijai su OP Grupės valdyba pritarė 2022 m. rugpjūčio 16 d. (), o  2023 m. spalio 3 d. Grupės valdyba pritarė Kredito linijos su OP pratęsimui ().

Grupė informuoja, kad informacija apie sudarytų trumpalaikių finansavimo sutarčių sumas yra publikuojama Grupės finansinėse ataskaitose. Atitinkamai, atskirai apie naujai sudarytas arba keičiamas sutartis, joms nedarant įtakos Grupės veiklai, veiklos rezultatui, turtui ar finansinei būklei, atskirai skelbiama nebus.

Šiame pranešime pateikta informacija neturi įtakos Grupės koreguoto pelno prieš palūkanas, mokesčius, nusidėvėjimą bei amortizaciją (EBITDA) prognozei.
