„Ignitis grupė“ įsigijo vėjo jėgainių parko projektą Plungės rajone

„Ignitis grupė“ įsigijo vėjo jėgainių parko projektą Plungės rajone

„Ignitis grupė“ per savo dukterinę įmonę „Ignitis renewables“ pasirašė sutartį dėl 100 proc. bendrovės, plėtojančios sausumos vėjo jėgainių parką Lietuvoje, Plungės rajone, akcijų įsigijimo. Potenciali vėjo jėgainių parko galia siekia iki 218 MW.

Šiuo metu projektas yra ankstyvojoje vystymo stadijoje, atliekamos poveikio aplinkai vertinimo procedūros. Numatoma projekto komercinės veiklos pradžia - apie 2026-2030 m.

Visos preliminarios investicijos, įskaitant įsigijimo kainą ir statybos sąnaudas, siekia apie 300 mln. eurų. Pastatytas vėjo jėgainių parkas veiks rinkos sąlygomis.

Tikimasi, kad sandoris bus užbaigtas per kelias artimiausias dienas, atskiras pranešimas nebus skelbiamas.  Šis įsigijimas yra reikšmingas žingsnis į priekį siekiant Ignitis grupės tikslo iki 2030 m. pasiekti 4 GW įrengtos žaliosios energijos gamybos pajėgumus, kaip numatyta strategijoje (). Šiuo metu eksploatuojamų, statomų ir plėtojamų žaliosios elektros energijos gamybos projektų portfelis siekia apie 4,8 GW.
