„Ignitis grupė“ sudarė 64 mln. Eur finansavimo sutartį su EIB ir NIB

AB „Ignitis grupė“ (toliau – Grupė) informuoja, kad 2023 m. gruodžio 14 d. Grupės dukterinė įmonė UAB „VVP investment“ pasirašė 64 mln. eurų finansavimo sutartį (toliau – Paskola) su Europos investicijų banku (toliau EIB) ir Šiaurės investicijų banku (toliau – NIB) dėl 63 MW Mažeikių vėjo parko (toliau – Mažeikių VP).

Paskola suteikiama dviejų kreditorių, kurių kiekvieno dalis sudaro 32 mln. eurų, 12 metų laikotarpiui. Paskola padengia apie 75% visų Mažeikių VP projekto investicijų. Kitos Paskolos sąlygos yra standartinės, taikomos projektiniam finansavimui.

Grupė primena, kad Mažeikių VP yra sudarytas iš 14 vėjo turbinų, kurių galia siekia po 4,5 MW. Mažeikių VP pasiekė komercinės veiklos pradžią 2023 m. rugpjūčio mėnesį. Vėjo parko pagaminamos švarios atsinaujinančios energijos pakaks 90 tūkst. namų ūkių.

Grupė primena, kad jos tikslas yra iki 2030 m. padidinti Žaliosios gamybos pajėgumus 4 kartus – nuo 1,2 GW 2022 metais iki 4–5 GW. Daugiau informacijos rasite Grupės strategijoje ().
