„Ignitis grupė“ sudarė 77,5 mln. Eur finansavimo sutartį su „Swedbank“

AB „Ignitis grupė“ (toliau – Grupė) informuoja, kad 2025 m. gegužės 16 d. Grupės dukterinė įmonė SP Venta SIA pasirašė 77,5 mln. eurų projektinio finansavimo sutartį (toliau – Paskola) su Swedbank AS (Latvija) ir „Swedbank“, AB (Lietuva) dėl 239 MW bendros galios Stelpės saulės parko ir Varmės saulės parko Latvijoje.

Paskola suteikiama dviejų kreditorių lygiomis dalimis 15 metų laikotarpiui. Kitos Paskolos sąlygos yra standartinės, taikomos projektiniam finansavimui.

94 MW Varmės saulės parkas yra Kuldygos savivaldybėje ir 145 MW Stelpės saulės parkas, kurį sudaro dviejų atskirų etapų plėtra Stelpės ir Barbalės valsčiuose, Bauskės savivaldybėje. Iš viso saulės parkų įrengtoji galia sieks 239 MW. Tokios galios užteks elektros energija aprūpinti apie 96 tūkst. namų ūkių Latvijoje.

Apskaičiuota, kad visos investicijos į šiuos projektus sieks apie 178 mln. eurų, įskaitant statybos ir projekto įsigijimo išlaidas.

Grupė primena, jog jos tikslas yra padidinti Žaliuosius pajėgumus nuo 1,4 GW 2024 m. iki 4–5 GW 2030 m. Daugiau informacijos pateikiame Grupės strategijoje ().
