Lietuvos Aukščiausiasis Teismas priėmė nagrinėti kasacinį skundą dėl ESO akcijų kainos

AB „Ignitis grupė“ (toliau – Grupė) praneša, kad 2022 m. liepos 14 d.  Lietuvos Aukščiausiasis Teismas priėmė nagrinėti buvusio Grupės dukterinės bendrovės AB „Energijos skirstymo operatorius“ (toliau – ESO) smulkiojo akcininko V. P. Vaitaičio kasacinį skundą dėl Lietuvos apeliacinio teismo 2022 m. kovo 29 d. nutarties.

Grupė primena, kad Lietuvos apeliacinis teismas 2022 m. kovo 29 d.  nutartimi atmetė V. P. Vaitaičio apeliacinį skundą dėl Vilniaus apygardos teismo sprendimo, kuriuo buvo atmestas ieškinys dėl ESO privalomojo akcijų išpirkimo kainos (). Ginčas su smulkiuoju akcininku V. P. Vaitaičiu prasidėjo 2020 m. rugpjūčio mėnesį, po to, kai šis nesutiko su ESO privalomo akcijų išpirkimo kaina ().

Ateityje Grupė informuos tik apie esminius teismo proceso etapus.
